Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pretty by Kate travel guide. If something isn't right, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your unlock code has not yet been redeemed.

Eligibility

• Your purchase must be within the last 14 days.
• Your unlock code must be unused — once a guide has been generated, it is considered delivered.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

All purchases are made through our Etsy shop. To request a refund, message us through your Etsy order or email hello@prettybykate.com with your Etsy order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method via Etsy.
